  • When you reserve two rooms at the Best Flexible Rate with breakfast for the “Classic Twin City View,” one room will be upgraded five categories to “Premium Suite,” while the second room is guaranteed as a connecting room adjacent to the suite.
  • Breakfast included at Elements.

    • Accommodation: Connecting rooms consisting of a “Premium Suite” and a “Classic Twin City View” room.

    Ideal for family getaways or group travel, this plan offers connecting rooms featuring two adjacent guestrooms linked by an internal door for added comfort and convenience. In the “Premium Suite,” unwind in the private open-air bath located on the spacious 19㎡ terrace, where you can soak while taking in sweeping panoramic views and enjoying a truly relaxing bath experience.

    Please note that access to the Club Lounge is not included with this package.
    *The open-air bath in the “Premium Suite” does not use hot spring water, but regular heated water instead.
    *For privacy purposes, only the guest room terraces on the first floor feature frosted glass panels.

  • For breakfast and dinner, one preschool-aged child per paying adult dines free of charge. For each additional child and for children of elementary school age and under, a 50% charge of the adult price will apply.

  • Changes or cancellations are free of charge until 6:00 PM, seven days prior to the arrival date. Please note that a 100% cancellation fee will apply thereafter.
