A new menu using ingredients unique to the season will be offered in a course style on weekday dinners only. Grilled and roasted fresh seasonal ingredients. Based on the simple yet profound traditional Italian cuisine, the menu includes an assortment of appetizers and desserts, providing a dining experience tailored to the hotel’s unique course style.
