Inspired by the richness of the land and the fresh scents carried by the sea breeze, each dish highlights the natural character of the finest ingredients. From specially selected Oita Wagyu tenderloin to swordfish from Kunisaki, Ise lobster from Kamae, and wild boar, seasonal ingredients are thoughtfully crafted into an unforgettable culinary experience.
