The safety and health of our guests and employees is the first priority at ANA InterContinental Beppu Resort&Spa. We have updated our commitment to rigorous cleaning procedures, IHG Way of Clean program which was launched in 2015. This program is now being expanded with additional COVID-19 protocols. The best practices with updated IHG Way of Clean measures in place, we launched the IHG Clean Promise and from 1 June 2020.
To ensure the safety, we are in close contact with all relevant institutions and organizations to keep the social distancing and the other necessary measures. We thank you very much for all of your understandings and cooperations.
