As the resort’s all-day dining venue, elements presents creative cuisine crafted with the freshest seasonal ingredients, alongside the finest local flavors at their peak. This winter, we present the “The Americas Fair.”
Inspired by the diverse culinary traditions nurtured across the vast continent from north to south, this special fair brings together regional dishes and the finest ingredients from Kyushu to create a unique dining experience.
From aromatic spices and herbs to dishes that bring out the natural flavors of each ingredient, savor a culinary journey through the Americas from north to south.

A selection of special limited-time dishes will also be available during the festive season.
