The safety and health of our guests and employees is the first priority at ANA InterContinental Beppu Resort&Spa. We have updated our commitment to rigorous cleaning procedures, IHG Way of Clean program which was launched in 2015. This program is now being expanded with additional COVID-19 protocols. The best practices with updated IHG Way of Clean measures in place, we launched the IHG Clean Promise and from 1 June 2020.
