This special pastry is made using the Stollen technique, and is available in different flavors for each season. Please enjoy this luxurious product made with only the finest ingredients, such as French flour and domestically fermented butter. Raisins and nuts are carefully soaked in dessert wine from the Ajimuin Budoshu Kobo. Baked with high quality cacao and a perfect balance of spices, this is a chocolate confection that goes well with brandy. It is characterized by its rich aroma, deep flavor, and delicate melt-in-your-mouth texture, and its flavor deepens with time.
