The Patisserie Boulangerie presents the “Four Seasons Stollen”.
This special pastry, made using the Stollen technique, is available in different flavours for each of the four seasons.
We use only the finest ingredients, such as French flour and domestic fermented butter, to create this luxurious treat.
This time we used Limoncello di Capri, Baked with elegantly sweet honey scented with gorgeous lavender and a perfect balance of spices, it is a delicious baked good that can be enjoyed chilled.
The sweet and sour taste of the lemon in the fragrant butter and the delicate melt-in-your-mouth flavour deepen with time.
