Patisserie Boulangerie presents the Four Seasons Stollen. This special pastry, made using the Stollen technique, is available in different flavors for each of the four seasons. Enjoy this luxurious delicacy, made using only the finest ingredients, such as French flour and domestic fermented butter. The chestnuts and walnuts soaked in mellow brandy are lavishly used. This autumn-only baked cake is baked with the refined sweetness of wasanbon and an exquisite balance of spices.
